The loft area is situated above the verandah so the height of the main space is not compromised. The covered verandah provides cover even on a wet day for year round use as well being an exciting feature. Handmade in the UK with high grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34 mm framing with T&G roof and floor. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with acrylic.
